Load into a game with control of your character (not in a menu — it won't register otherwise).
Type cheatstick on your keyboard. There's no text box and no feedback — type it blind.
Press F1 to open the command console. If a bar appears at the top, it worked. It has autofill.
cheatstick to register — this is the #1 reason it 'doesn't work' (add a US layout in Windows and switch to it first). Toggle commands take on / off.Type to filter, hit Copy, paste in-game. 29 commands. Placeholders in [brackets] are values you fill in.

cheatstick only registers on a US/English layout.
