What to include in a bug report

The faster we can reproduce something, the faster we can fix it. If you're reporting a bug, these details help a ton:

  • Which generator (the dropdown above covers this)
  • What you did (e.g., "clicked Boosted PvE template, then changed Imprint Amount to 5")
  • What you expected vs what happened
  • Browser and OS (e.g., "Chrome on Windows 11", "Safari on iPhone")
  • The URL of the page where it happened

What we can't help with

A few things are outside our scope, just to set expectations:

  • Specific server hosting problems. If your Nitrado/GPortal/Streamline server is misbehaving and the cause isn't your config file, your host's support team can see things we can't. Please reach out to them first.
  • Game bugs. If a setting works correctly in the generator but the game ignores it, that's usually a game bug (Wildcard's quirks for ARK, Funcom's for Conan, etc). We flag known ones in the tips, but we can't fix the game itself.
  • Free private support for paying customers of other services. If you bought a "managed config" service from somewhere else and they referred you to us, that's between you and them.
